Our move-out cleaning is a complete top-to-bottom clean designed to help you get your security deposit back. We clean all countertops, inside and outside of all cabinets, inside appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher), bathrooms (toilet, shower, tub, sink, mirrors), all floors, baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, air vents, door frames, and light switches.

Our move-out cleaning is specifically designed for deposit recovery. We clean to a landlord-inspection standard, covering every surface inside and out. While we can't guarantee landlord decisions, our clients consistently report successful deposit returns after our service.
